The SWAT-TAC II headset is the second generation of COMTAC Tactical Communication Headsets. The headset features electronic talk-thru headset with a slim-line profile cup design to fit under most ballistic helmets. The headsets talk-thru allows wearers to hear ambient sounds, along with the capability to suppress gunshots and other high impact noises. Electronic design will allow for continuous communication on 2-way radios even when batteries fail, only talk-thru feature is inoperable until batteries are replaced. 1 AA battery in each cup, 270 hrs battery life.
