Order Cancellations
Our policy for canceling your order after it is placed is that we can only cancel an order that was placed within the last 1 hour, and only if that order has not been shipped yet. All canceled orders will be subject to a $5 order cancellation charge, regardless of the order total, or reason for cancellation.

 


Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items

 

A 10% restock fee, or the actual cost of shipping (whichever is greater) will be deducted from all refunds issued for returned items.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping for returning your item. We are not responsible for items returned to any address other than the one listed above.

 

Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 


Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
