The Removable Motor Food Slicer is easy to disassemble and clean. The food carriage lifts off the base, blade unlocks with a quarter turn, and the serving tray slides off the back. Once the motor is removed all other components are dishwasher safe (on top rack). Its equipped with a 150 watt removable motor, stainless steel undulated cutting blade, and dual safety switch feature.

Slice meat, cheese, bread, vegetables and fruit quickly and easily with this quality slicer. Variable thickness control dial selects slices from deli-thin 1/32" to 1" thick. Large multi-purpose 6 5/8" stainless steel blade handles a wide range of food sizes and shapes.
